<br /> Telemedicine&Advanced Technology Research Center(TATRC)
<br /> ANIGS has provided communications services support to TATRC and to the related Military
<br /> Health System Research Symposium (MHSRS) and International Congress on Soldiers'
<br /> Physical Performance (ICSPP) over the course of several years. Our services included
<br /> extracting, collecting, organizing, curating, and disseminating the information for various
<br /> products initiated by the Program Manager and COR. We managed the web and social
<br /> media presence of the Public Affairs Office (PAO), drafted articles for appropriate
<br /> publications, sought and coordinated speaking engagements, and provided information
<br /> summaries of presentations for stakeholders, including VIPs and dignitaries, senior
<br /> leadership, and boards of directors. Direct public relations and national outreach efforts
<br /> included writing and distributing press releases and developing monthly articles for
<br /> publications on topics assigned by the Program Lead.
<br /> In hosting the MHSRS, the IGS team provided MICE Market services from the client
<br /> perspective. Our team provided site survey reports, onsite logistics, registration, and media
<br /> relations. For each meeting, IGS developed media conference call topics, executed those
<br /> calls with members of local and national media in coordination with subject matter experts
<br /> (SMEs)from the US Military, and then filtered material to both the Fort Detrick Public Affairs
<br /> ® Office and the Combat Casualty Care Research Program (CCCRP) website. The latter
<br /> garnered an average of 24,138 page views per month in 2015. Eight other news outlets
<br /> generated more than 28 original news stories on the MHSRS proceedings as a direct result
<br /> of IGS' media pitching efforts. Those outlets included the Frederick News Post, the
<br /> Pittsburgh Business Times, and Cnet.com, which boasts more than 9 million unique visitors
<br /> per day.
