An
initial baseline assessment provided the team with insights to re-strategize communication
efforts with the goal to maximize conversion rates. In conducting research, a business
model canvas was used to identify high-profile and relevant partnerships to maximize the
bank's reach. IGS' outreach efforts resulted in securing two major partnerships during just
the first month of a four-part campaign series. The Industrial Bank team also sought our
services thanks to our ability to provide strategic solutions for attracting and retaining a
diverse customer base and providing an improved user experience. Collateral pieces for
the first community campaign, Money Made Here Stays Here, are shown below.
III
, ..,:‘,, ,, •
_ .. •• ....,,,,„ , 4 .
:„ , v.,.„,„
Proprietary and Confidential. This proposal response includes data that shall not be disclosed outside of the W. ,4,,V' ?,
,„ .,,i i
0. © 't:CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH,and shall not be duplicated,used,or disclosed — in whole or in part—for any , S'i-3
Isom Global Strategies purpose other than to evaluate this response. y 7r r
