Based on the presentation format, IGS creates
the PowerPoint and receives feedback from the appropriate SIBTMC employee. If
requested, the IGS team hosts an official dry run with SIBTMC; otherwise, dry runs are
done internally.
IGS believes a success factor for strategic presentations is to understand the audience
and how they receive information. It is the responsibility of SIBTMC to provide us with
insight as to whether the audience is more adept with statistics, narratives, or visuals.
This information will help us deliver engaging information in an easily interpreted
format.
Collateral Materials Maintenance
Through our work with both commercial and government clients, we are familiar with
several different file-sharing platforms and can recommend one based on a client's
needs. Our team has successfully created customized SharePoint team sites, Dropbox
sites, Base Camp sites, and others.
4110 The IGS team will work with SIBTMC to create a file-naming system and will upload
documents to a secure site accordingly. The shared sites allow both parties to easily
create and share living documents for easy accessibility. In managing the process,
documents are uploaded daily in draft and final form and are labeled accordingly.
Notifications can be programmed to alert SIBTMC as files are uploaded to the site.
IGS monitors the audit history of the selected site to ensure that files are not
inadvertently deleted or placed in incorrect folders. All files are backed up to an IGS
secure server in case documents are accidentally deleted. The proprietary information
is valuable to the success of the project. To mitigate user errors, IGS often provides a
brief training on the use of the selected file-sharing tool.
Section 9: Cost Services
ATTACHMENT A— PRICE PROPOSAL
Provide a detailed cost statement for providing the services indicated in Section 3.0
Scope of Services.
