<br /> In-Person Presentation
<br /> At IGS, we pride ourselves on the ability to communicate our strategies and tactics to all
<br /> necessary stakeholders. Program status updates provide a cohesive understanding of
<br /> goals and progress. Although IGS has an office in Fort Lauderdale, the in-person
<br /> meeting is an opportunity for the SIBTMC team to meet with the HQ Washington, DC,
<br /> staff assigned to the project. Most importantly, the interaction allows IGS the exposure
<br /> and opportunity to address stakeholder questions.
<br /> In working with MBDA, our team was asked to provide a strategic campaign
<br /> presentation during their annual National Training Conference. The meeting was
<br /> attended by all MBDA employees and members of several partner organizations. The
<br /> 0 IGS team was onsite throughout the week-long conference, which allowed our team
<br /> members to establish relationships with employees throughout the agency. These in-
<br /> person interactions also secured a level of familiarity and trustworthiness among
<br /> stakeholders.
