1110 <br /> Outside Storage <br /> Our outside storage facility can easily accommodate 200 vehicles.Vehicles are spaced in a manner to <br /> provide access for the removal or addition of vehicles.The facility has an asphalt surface with storm <br /> drainage and is kept clean and organized by a yard employee dedicated to ensuring the cleanliness of <br /> the storage yard. Storage of junk tires and auto parts are strictly prohibited.Our facility is surrounded by <br /> an eight-foot-high chain link fence that is completely covered by a material that prevents people from <br /> peering inside our storage facility.Atop the six-foot chain link fence is barb wire which runs across the <br /> entirety of the fence.The only access to the storage area is via a mechanized gate that is controlled by <br /> our onsite dispatcher(s). <br /> Office Facilities <br /> Our managers and dispatchers work out of our clean and professional office facility,which has sufficient <br /> work space for at least five people. It is equipped with a multi-line(4 lines) roll-over phone system with <br /> multiple phone sets as well as computers,fax and scanning devices and all supplies necessary to operate <br /> the administrative aspects of the business and ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws <br /> and adherence to all contractual obligations. Additionally,we provide a clean and comfortable, air <br /> ® conditioned reception area with seating and appropriate lighting to provide a safe and secure <br /> environment for our customers. Finally,our office facilities are located on the same site as our storage <br /> facility,at 1940 NE 153`d Street, North Miami Beach, FL. 33162. <br />
