Cleanliness 0 Alpine Towing understands that it will be responsible for the cleaning of cars and vehicles from the streets and roadways as ordered by the Police Officers or Aides. Alpine Towing will remove and glass and debris from accident vehicles deposited on the roadway, and leave the area in complete cleanliness. Evaluation Process Review of Proposals for Responsiveness Alpine Towing understands all requirements as discussed in this section. Qualifications Alpine Towing understands the evaluation Criteria as listed and is compliant with each Technical Qualification as required in this submittal. 1. Alpine Towing has presented that it is responsive and has demonstrated that it is compliant with the Pre-Qualification Criteria as denoted in the submittal. Alpine Towing has submitted all requested documentation and/or information in this submittal and has satisfied the Prequalification Criteria to be properly evaluated. Alpine understands that failing to meet these requirements may result in being non-responsive. Alpine Towing will, at the time of Proposal submittal, time of award, and throughout the duration of the Contract, continue to meet the following Pre-Qualification Criteria requirements as 40 denotated in the Solicitation Documents. • As shown in this submittal, Alpine Towing has a minimum of 5 years' experience in projects of similar size and scope. Oral Presentations/Interviews/Facility Visits Alpine Towing understands that upon completion of the initial criteria evaluation, the City may elect to shortlist all responsive proposal and proceed with conducting oral presentation(s) with each Proposer which the City Manager or designee deems to warrant further consideration. If the city shall require such oral presentation, the Respondent(s) will be notified seven (7) days in advance of appearing before the City Project Manager(s). The respective Respondent Project Manager shall be the sole presenter. Alpine Towing understands that the City reserves the right to request additional materials of Proposers, including, but not limited to, financial statements, etc. Upon completion of oral presentation(s) and/or facility site visits, the City will re-evaluate the proposals remaining in consideration based upon the written documents submitted combined with the oral presentation(s) and/or facility site visits. Negotiations Alpine Towing understands that the City may award a contract based on initial offers received, without discussions.
