<br /> PERFORMANCE AND EXPERIENCE
<br /> Alpine Towing, Inc., d/b/a Galactic Towing, hereinafter referred to as "Alpine Towing, Inc.", is a Florida
<br /> Corporation, organized on February 10, 2006. Please refer to the attached print out from Sunbiz.org
<br /> regarding our Corporate Status with the State of Florida and a copy of our current Towing License
<br /> (TL#2656) issued by the RER. Alpine Towing, Inc., is fully insured with Vehicle Liability, On-hook Cargo,
<br /> and Garage Keepers Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance. Please refer to the attached
<br /> Certificates of Insurance for complete explanation and coverages of insurance.
<br /> Alpine Towing, Inc., is regularly engaged in providing towing and storage services to the Miami-Dade
<br /> County Police Department; El Portal Police Department; City of North Miami Beach Police Department;
<br /> City of Doral Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In addition, Alpine Towing
<br /> provides towing services to the Miami-Dade County G.S.A. Department. Alpine Towing also provides
<br /> vehicle removal services and storage of impounded vehicles for the Miami-Dade County Internal
<br /> Services Department, Procurement Management Services under Bid No.: 8987-0/19, titled, "Towing
<br /> 0 (Unauthorized Parking)". Alpine Towing also provides similar towing services when requested by
<br /> private property owners including but limited to: Apartment Buildings, Condominiums, and Shopping
<br /> Centers.
<br /> All towing service is provided in accordance with regulations contained in Chapter 30, Article III, titled
<br /> "Towing of Motor Vehicles" of the Code of Miami-Dade County. Alpine Towing, Inc., follows the
<br /> requirements as outlined in Chapter 33, Section 30-388.31, "Prohibition on Keeping Tow Trucks in a
<br /> Residential District", also of the code of Miami-Dade County. In addition to these County Ordinances,
<br /> Alpine Towing, Inc., follows Florida Statutes 713.78 and 715.07 and all supporting sections and
<br /> subsections
<br /> Alpine Towing, provides towing services in Miami-Dade and the southern part of Broward County.
<br /> Each Property Owner; Management Company; Miami-Dade County; or Parking Enforcement Company
<br /> (for the respective property), has executed a Towing Contract/Agreement with Alpine Towing, Inc., to
<br /> authorize vehicle(s) removal.
<br /> Alpine Towing, Inc., also provides Towing Services for many Roadside Assistance Companies, including
<br /> GEICO, Road America, Agero, Allstate, and Cross Country. Each roadside assistance company has
<br /> requirements including but not limited to: charges for services rendered, mileage, and storage (if
<br /> applicable). Invoices are monitored and verified by each respective Company for accuracy of charges,
<br /> vehicle information, and vehicle owner information.
