Alpine Towing, Inc., has a staff of 24 employees consisting of dispatchers, drivers and support staff. <br /> 410 Each employee is leased from FrankCrum Corporate, Inc., based at 100 South Missouri Avenue, <br /> Clearwater, FL 33756. <br /> Alpine Towing, Inc., has been licensed with the Miami-Dade County under TL#2656, since February 10, <br /> 2006. Alpine Towing, Inc., has current Business Tax Receipts for all municipalities which are required <br /> by local City ordinance, to provide towing services. Through the date of submittal, Alpine Towing, Inc., <br /> has had citations issued by RER for drivers towing vehicles without safety chains, but has not had any <br /> issues with paperwork or charges to the customer. Each year the RER does an annual inspection for <br /> the TL renewal and each office has not had any issues with required notices to customer, types of <br /> payment accepted, or the posted towing charges. We receive complaints, from time to time, from <br /> disgruntled customers who are upset that their vehicle was towed, but we respond to each complaint <br /> and forward our response to RER. Currently, Alpine Towing, Inc., has not received any suspension(s), <br /> cancellations, written reprimands, citations, or terminations issued by Miami-Dade County or any <br /> other Municipal entity. <br /> In addition to the local and state governmental contracts, Alpine Towing, Inc., is contracted with GEICO <br /> Insurance Company and assigned Zip Code areas for coverage of tow requests. The average number of <br /> calls done per month for GEICO Insurance is approximately 600. Our arrivals on scene are within the <br /> allotted time to respond. The average E.T.A. time must be within 45 -60 minutes. The drivers assigned <br /> to this contract must report to work in clean and neat uniform, be clean and presentable, and have <br /> • customer service as their primary concern. The services include tire changes, jump starts and towing. <br /> Quite often the towed vehicles remain at our storage facility until a repair facility or body shop is <br /> assigned. The vehicle is then removed from our storage facility and delivered to the requested <br /> destination. All invoices are submitted for payment and verified by GEICO for accuracy before <br /> payment is issued. The owners, staff and drivers of Alpine Towing, Inc., do not, in any way, suggest a <br /> body shop; doctor; or attorney for any accident vehicle owner or passenger. Any driver or other <br /> employee who is found to have suggested any of these, will be terminated on the spot, as this is not <br /> tolerated as this is a specific requirement by GEICO. Any violation of this requirement may result in <br /> suspension and/or termination of the contract.
