® KEY PERSONNEL AND SUBCONTRACTORS PERFOMING SERVICES <br /> Larry J. Saravia, President and Yulexis Lluvet, Vice President are the owners of Alpine Towing, Inc., and <br /> as such are the Primary contacts for this Contract. Robert Kay, is the General Manager, and will be the <br /> Contract Manager who will be responsible for administering the performance guidelines outlined in <br /> this RFP. There are 2 dispatchers on duty during the daytime and 2 on duty during the nighttime. <br /> Their duties will include dispatching the calls as they come in and logging the pertinent data on the <br /> daily log sheets. This will provide a daily accounting of the date, time, location, reason and destination <br /> of all vehicles towed. <br /> Larry J. Saravia has been in the towing industry for more than 20 years. He has performed towing services for <br /> many Police Departments, including the Miami-Dade County Police Department, North Miami and North Miami <br /> Beach Police Departments; Aventura Police Department and various Governmental Agencies including the F.B.I. <br /> and Florida Fish & Wildlife. His partner, Yulexis Lluvet, has also been performing similar services for the same <br /> Police Departments and Governmental Agencies listed above for more than 18 years. In 2014, Robert "Bob" Kay <br /> joined our team. He is well versed in the contractual requirements outlined in this RFP. He has more than 30 <br /> years of managerial and contractual administration for many Police Departments. The three of us will make up <br /> the Key Personnel for this Contract. Together, we have more than 65 combined years of experience to draw <br /> upon to professionally perform, maintain, and supervise this RFP. <br /> Dewayne Harris has been with Alpine Towing since inception and as such has more than 11 years dispatching <br /> experience. He monitors the drivers performing the towing services by direct communication via two-way <br /> 0 radios. He is also able to track each wrecker by a satellite tracking system. As each call is dispatched, Dewayne <br /> is provided up-to-date tracking technology, ensuring the wrecker operators are performing their duties within <br /> the guidelines as outlined in this RFP. <br /> Jose Diaz is the back-up dispatcher and is responsible for releasing towed vehicles during the day. His duties <br /> include reporting private property Towaway vehicles to the respective police departments, within the allotted <br /> time. He is also responsible for computing the charges according to established rates. He informs the vehicle <br /> owner what documents are required to recover their vehicle. He also gives the vehicle owner the total charges <br /> needed to pay when they arrive to recover their vehicle. <br /> Luigi Dominguez has been employed with Alpine Towing, Inc., for the past 6 months and is the nighttime <br /> dispatcher. He has more than 5 years' experience dispatching Police directed tows and the various Motor Clubs <br /> that Alpine Towing provides towing services. He is responsible for documenting calls received, including the <br /> time of arrival, loading time of vehicle and vehicle arrival at the yard for storage. Luigi also dispatches the <br /> incoming calls to the drivers and relaying any special instructions that may be needed to complete the towing <br /> service. He has the same technologies at his disposal as the daytime dispatchers have. All communication is • <br /> done via 2-way radios and the tracking of each wrecker is done during this shift as well. <br /> In addition to these key personnel, we have back-up dispatchers who are available on an as-needed basis, <br /> usually during the week-end and holidays. <br /> Alpine Towing, Inc., will notify the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department of any changes, intended or otherwise, <br /> to the Ownership, Key Personnel and supporting staff, discussed above. <br />
