MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQURIEMENTS 40 Alpine Towing, Inc., is prepared to provide at a minimum, all the services described in the General Conditions and Special Conditions sections of this RFP for the term of the Contract, including extensions and renewals, if any. Minimum Qualification Requirements are: A. As stated in this section, Alpine Towing, Inc., is licensed under TL #2656 and is registered as a "non-consent" tower. Please refer to the attached copy issued by the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources (RER), as of this proposal due date. Once Alpine Towing, Inc., is awarded this contract, this towing license will remain current and valid during the term of this contract and any option to renew period(s). B. Alpine Towing, Inc., is an established towing business and has current Business Tax Receipts for each location in Miami-Dade County. Please note all 2018 Business Tax Receipts have been paid and are attached for the service location. C. At the time of this submission, the Principals of Alpine Towing, Inc., Larry Saravia, President and Yulexis Lluvet, Vice President are not principals of any other Proposer, including any real property owned, leased property, or equipment used to qualify for this RFQ. Furthermore, the principals of Alpine Towing, Inc., do not have any ownership nor are they a stockholder of another Proposer. Alpine Towing, Inc., operates in accordance with Section 2-8.1.1 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, where two (2) or more related parties each submit a proposal for any contract, such proposals shall be presumed to be collusive. Alpine Towing, Inc., will not subcontract with other Proposers and shall not use equipment, property or facilities of another Proposer to qualify under this RFQ or to meet contractual obligations after award. Alpine Towing, Inc., understands that all requirements outlined herein are a continuing condition of award and are in effect throughout the term of any awarded contract including initial term of the contract or extension periods.
