OFFICE AND STORAGE FACILITIES REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Alpine Towing, Inc., states that the location of our facilities are within five (5) roadway miles <br /> of the Government Center. <br /> B. Alpine Towing, Inc., has a place of business which includes a permanent office structure, <br /> including inside and outside storage areas. Our business name has the exact same name as <br /> it appears on the Business Tax Receipt. <br /> C. Please refer to the attached schedule of current Corporations and DBA's associated with the <br /> owner and business involving towing. <br /> D. The office used for business is a permanent structure, which includes a business telephone, <br /> restroom facility, customer waiting area with seating and a workspace for the Sunny Isles <br /> Police Department Police Officers'. The workspace will have access to a desk, phone, file <br /> drawer and/or in-tray, unfolded, in order by impound date and in a manner acceptable to <br /> SIPD personnel. Alpine Towing, Inc., will notify the SIPD Communications Bureau of any <br /> additional telephone numbers or changed numbers. <br /> E. The office space located at 2002 N.E. 154 ST., N. Miami Beach, FL 33162, is for the sole use <br /> of Alpine Towing, Inc., d/b/a Galactic Towing. There are no other towing, repossession or <br /> 40 any other vehicle storage company allowed access to the same storage lot or portion of the <br /> property originally used to qualify for this RFP. <br /> F. The outdoor storage facility, for this RFP, is always secured from unauthorized entry. In <br /> addition, this office is staffed with personnel 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The entire <br /> office, inside storage and outside storage area are monitored by surveillance video cameras <br /> with a 30-day recording capacity. <br /> G. The property that is utilized by Alpine Towing, Inc., for this RFP is not encumbered by any <br /> Tax Lien, Federal Tax Lien, or any other government lien, which may place the property in <br /> jeopardy. Alpine Towing, Inc., understands that all tax obligations must be satisfied with <br /> the County, State of Florida, including any other county or municipality within the State of <br /> Florida. <br /> H. Our name is clearly marked on the outside of the entrance including the address and <br /> telephone numbers. The vehicle owners and the public will have easy access to the office <br /> release window, restroom, and storage area. <br /> I. The offices and storage areas are not in violation of any applicable zoning regulations. <br /> Ace <br /> 8.00 (? <br />
