OFFICE AND STORAGE FACILITIES REQUIREMENTS A. Alpine Towing, Inc., states that the location of our facilities are within five (5) roadway miles of the Government Center. B. Alpine Towing, Inc., has a place of business which includes a permanent office structure, including inside and outside storage areas. Our business name has the exact same name as it appears on the Business Tax Receipt. C. Please refer to the attached schedule of current Corporations and DBA's associated with the owner and business involving towing. D. The office used for business is a permanent structure, which includes a business telephone, restroom facility, customer waiting area with seating and a workspace for the Sunny Isles Police Department Police Officers'. The workspace will have access to a desk, phone, file drawer and/or in-tray, unfolded, in order by impound date and in a manner acceptable to SIPD personnel. Alpine Towing, Inc., will notify the SIPD Communications Bureau of any additional telephone numbers or changed numbers. E. The office space located at 2002 N.E. 154 ST., N. Miami Beach, FL 33162, is for the sole use of Alpine Towing, Inc., d/b/a Galactic Towing. There are no other towing, repossession or 40 any other vehicle storage company allowed access to the same storage lot or portion of the property originally used to qualify for this RFP. F. The outdoor storage facility, for this RFP, is always secured from unauthorized entry. In addition, this office is staffed with personnel 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The entire office, inside storage and outside storage area are monitored by surveillance video cameras with a 30-day recording capacity. G. The property that is utilized by Alpine Towing, Inc., for this RFP is not encumbered by any Tax Lien, Federal Tax Lien, or any other government lien, which may place the property in jeopardy. Alpine Towing, Inc., understands that all tax obligations must be satisfied with the County, State of Florida, including any other county or municipality within the State of Florida. H. Our name is clearly marked on the outside of the entrance including the address and telephone numbers. The vehicle owners and the public will have easy access to the office release window, restroom, and storage area. I.
