J. Alpine Towing, Inc., understands that the City of Sunny Isles Beach reserves the right in the <br /> event the primary vendor cannot provide an item(s) or Service(s) in a timely manner (30 <br /> minutes) as requested or Alpine will provide the City with a fee of $125.00 for Emergency <br /> calls, and $100.00 for Non-Emergency calls. <br /> K. Alpine Towing meets and/or exceeds the minimum equipment requirements. Please refer <br /> to the attached Equipment list which includes Class A wreckers, Class B flatbeds, Class C and <br /> Class D wreckers and Landoll. Each wrecker is equipped with the minimum standards as <br /> outlined under Section 3.25 and 3.29. <br /> L. Maximum Towing Rates will be posted in the lobby for Sunny Isles Beach Police Department <br /> Vehicle Towing Storage Rates. Alpine understands and agrees that these rates will remain <br /> unchanged during the term of this contract and/or extensions. Alpine also understands that <br /> the first 6 (six) hours of storage will be at "NO CHARGE" to the vehicle owner. <br /> M. Alpine Towing understands that all City owned, and non-owned vehicles operated by <br /> employees on City business will be towed on a 24 (twenty-four) basis without charge from <br /> any location in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, upon request of the <br /> appropriate City official.
