He has more than 30 years of managerial and contractual administration for various Police Departments in Miami-Dade County, including Sunny Isles Beach. He is extremely knowledgeable in the required reports for Sunny Isles Beach. The three of us will make up the Key Personnel for this Contract. Together, we have more than 65 combined years of experience to draw upon to professionally perform, maintain, and supervise this RFP. Dewayne Harris has been with Alpine Towing since inception and as such has more than 11 years dispatching experience. He monitors the drivers performing the towing services by direct communication via two-way radios. He is also able to track each wrecker by a satellite tracking system. As each call is dispatched, Dewayne is provided up-to-date tracking technology, ensuring the wrecker operators are performing their duties within the guidelines as outlined in this RFP. Jose Diaz is the back-up dispatcher and is responsible for releasing towed vehicles during the day. His duties include reporting private property Towaway vehicles to the respective police departments, within the allotted time. He is also responsible for computing the charges according to established rates. He informs the vehicle owner what documents are required to recover their vehicle. He also gives the vehicle owner the total charges needed to pay when they arrive to recover their vehicle. He is responsible for all notifications by Certified Mail, within 48 hours for all Police Directed tows, to the vehicle owner(s), Lienholders and Insurance Company of record. These notifications are mailed directly by Auto Data Direct (ADD), service which provides vehicle owner, Lienholder, and Insurance Company information for Certified mail notification. Through ADD, verifications of all letters are monitored, and all delivery records are posted to each VIN number for later retrieval. As the auction date nears, copies of all mailings and delivery records are printed and attached to each vehicle remaining in storage, as they become available for sale or processed for salvage. All required forms are taken to the local tag agency for processing and salvaged vehicles are reported to NMVITIS as required by State Statute. Luigi Dominguez has been employed with Alpine Towing for six months and is the nighttime dispatcher. He is responsible for documenting calls received, including the time of arrival, loading time of vehicle and vehicle arrival at the yard for storage. Luigi also dispatches the incoming calls to the drivers and relays any special instructions that may be needed to complete the towing service. He has the same technologies at his disposal as the daytime dispatchers have. All communication is done via 2-way radios and the tracking of each wrecker is done during this shift as well. In addition to these key personnel, we have back-up dispatchers who are available on an as-needed basis, usually during the week-end and holidays. Alpine Towing is prepared to provide at a minimum, all the services outlined in the Special Conditions and Scope of Services Sections for the term of the Contract, including extensions and renewals, if any. The office used for this RFP is located at 2002 NE 154 St., North Miami Beach, FL 33162. The office and inside storage location is a permanent structure, which includes a business telephone, restroom facility, customer waiting area with seating and a workspace for the City of Sunny Isles Beach Police Officer. The workspace for the officer is not in front of nor interferes with the public's release window or doorway access. The workspace will have access to a desk, phone, file drawer and/or in-tray, for VSR, unfolded, in order by impound date and in a manner acceptable to City personnel. Alpine Towing will notify the City of Sunny Isles Beach of any additional telephone numbers or changed numbers.
