All vehicles towed must come to 2002 NE 154 St., North Miami Beach, <br /> FL 33162 for storage, unless directed to deliver vehicle to a destination requested by the vehicle owner <br /> or the on-scene officer. <br /> In addition to these governmental contracts, Alpine Towing is contracted with GEICO Insurance <br /> Company and assigned Zip Code areas for coverage of tow requests. The average number of calls done <br /> per month for GEICO Insurance is approximately 600. Our arrivals on scene are within the allotted <br /> time to respond. The average E.T.A. time must be within 40 -60 minutes. The drivers assigned to this <br /> contract must report to work in clean, neat uniforms, be neat, clean and presentable in appearance, <br /> and have customer service as their primary concern. The services include tire changes,jump starts and <br /> towing. Quite often the towed vehicles remain at our storage facility until a repair facility or body shop <br /> is assigned. The vehicle is then removed from our storage facility and delivered to the requested <br /> destination. All invoices are submitted for payment and verified by GEICO for accuracy before <br /> payment is issued. The owners, staff and drivers of Alpine Towing do not, in any way, suggest a body <br /> shop; doctor; or attorney for any accident vehicle owner or passenger. Any driver or other employee <br /> who is found to have suggested any of these, will be terminated on the spot, as this is not tolerated. <br /> Any violation of this requirement may result in suspension and/or termination of the contract. Saravia, President and Yulexis Lluvet, Vice President are the owners of Alpine Towing and as <br /> such are the Primary contacts for this Contract. Robert Kay, is the General Manager, and will be the <br /> Contract Manager who will be responsible for administering the performance guidelines outlined in <br /> this RFP. There are 2 dispatchers on duty during the daytime and 2 on duty during the nighttime. <br /> Their duties will include dispatching the calls as they come in and logging the pertinent data on the <br /> daily log sheets. This will provide a daily accounting of the date, time, location, reason and destination <br /> of all vehicles towed. <br /> Larry J. Saravia has been in the towing industry for more than 20 years. He has performed towing services for <br /> many Police Departments, including the Miami-Dade County Police Department, City of Miami, Village of El <br /> Portal, North Miami and North Miami Beach Police Departments, Florida Highway Patrol; and various <br /> 40 Governmental Agencies including the F.B.I. and Florida Fish & Wildlife.
