owner is responsible for payment of towing and storage charges. The Blanket Purchase Order Number <br /> 0 ABCW0900992, covers the period from 06/01/2009 through 05/31/2019. Please refer to the attached <br /> copy of this Blanket Purchase Order. <br /> Alpine Towing was awarded certain properties, located within Miami-Dade County, to provide towing <br /> services, along with other towing companies located in Miami-Dade County. As stated on the Award <br /> Sheet Addendum, Alpine Towing is the primary contractor for each property assigned. This contract is <br /> continuing until the expiration date. <br /> Alpine Towing has been providing exclusive towing services to the Village of El Portal Police <br /> Department since June 2016. Alpine is requested to provide towing services for arrests and accidents <br /> as they occur on city streets. The ETA for arrival is 20 minutes or less. The driver is required to act <br /> professional when dealing with the officer and the public. He always requests a Vehicle Storage <br /> Receipt (VSR) from the on-scene officer and reviews the information on the VSR for vehicle and vehicle <br /> owner information as well as the property listed in vehicle is in the vehicle as the driver is responsible <br /> for that property. The driver must also notate on his manifest what damage is visible on the vehicle <br /> prior to leaving the scene of the accident or arrest to avoid possible complaints. Upon arrival to the <br /> yard, the vehicle is locked whenever possible, the VSR and the towing manifest are delivered to the <br /> office and the key is tagged and attached to the paperwork for return to the vehicle owner. <br /> Alpine Towing has been providing (rotation) towing services for Miami-Dade County Police Department <br /> 0 since July 2017. Alpine is requested to provide towing services for arrests and <br /> accidents as they occur on City streets. The ETA for arrival is 30 minutes or less. The driver is required <br /> to act professional when dealing with the officer and the public. He always requests a Vehicle Storage <br /> Receipt (VSR) from the on-scene officer and reviews the information on the VSR for vehicle and vehicle <br /> owner information as well as the property listed in vehicle is in the vehicle as the driver is responsible <br /> for that property.
