The City <br /> reserves the right to award contracts on a Primary or Secondary basis, if needed. <br /> 2.6 PRICE <br /> The Performance Fees shall remain fixed and firm through the term(s)of the contract. <br /> 2.7 PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BOND <br /> Intentionally Omitted <br /> 2.8 BID BOND <br /> Intentionally Omitted <br /> 2.9 DELIVERY <br /> Definite Delivery <br /> 2.10 INSURANCE <br /> Contractor shall provide the City with Certificates of Insurance on all the policies of insurance and <br /> renewals thereof in form acceptable to the City. The Garage Liability policy shall provide that the <br /> City shall be an additional insured named on the Certificates of Insurance. All policies shall provide <br /> that the City shall be notified in writing of any cancellation of said policy at least thirty days prior <br /> to the effective date of said cancellation. <br /> Garage Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $500,000 per occurrence for bodily <br /> injury and property damage combined, endorsed to indude: <br /> a. Automobile service operations <br /> • b.
