Double sided, if possible vitrines would be accessible <br />and lockable from the lobby side. <br /> Explore flexible art display hardware within vitrine and non -glare acrylic or glass for inside <br />face of vitrine. <br /> Explore electrical solution with minimal impact for vitrines to have integral LED lighting, <br />remote transformers and required ventilation. <br /> Relation the existing “Notices” to storefront section the meeting room. Coordinate the <br />replacement of NOA approved glass to match existing. <br /> <br />Visitor Center <br /> <br /> Create display zone for the Sister City, which is now 4 and will become 6 in the future. <br /> Create focal wall behind information concierge desk by relocating the illuminated graphic panel. <br /> Relocate fire alarm <br /> Retail visual merchandising assistance <br /> Provide wall elevations layout for framed posters display <br /> Existing office: currently used as storage, this room needs to function again as an office with <br />better storage <br /> <br />2. All permitting, architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, communications, civil <br />infrastructure, landscaping, utilities, security systems and appurtenances necessar y for a complete modern <br />facility. <br /> <br />3. Work shall be completed in accordance with the latest edition of all applicable federal, state, and local <br />regulatory requirement and codes including, but not limited to, the Florida Building Code, the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach Code of Ordinances and Dade County Code of Ordinances. <br /> <br />4. The building shall be constructed in accordance with the Florida Building Code which incorporates the <br />ASCE 24-05 for Flood Resistant Design and Construction. <br />
