ORGANIZATION,MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES <br /> Mr. Bruce V. Layman, 56 <br /> Vice President— Turf Division <br /> Mr. Layman has served the Company as Vice President—Turf Operations since 2004. Prior to <br /> joining Hellas, Mr. Layman held several senior managerial positions with Southwest Recreational <br /> Industries in Operations and Sales, including serving as Vice President of Operations for more <br /> than eight years. Prior to SRI, he held managerial positions with General Homes and with Super <br /> Turf. Mr. Layman has over 23 years of managerial and senior managerial experience in the <br /> artificial turf, sports construction, and home construction industries. He is considered an expert <br /> in synthetic turf installation and has been instrumental in the development of installation <br /> techniques for conventional, water-permeable, removable, and filled synthetic turf systems. Mr. <br /> Layman has managed the installation of over 2,500 synthetic turf systems worldwide. He is a <br /> graduate of the University of North Texas. <br /> Mr. Tommy L. McDougal,48 <br /> Vice President—Estimating and Corporate Secretary <br /> Mr. McDougal joined the company in 2004 as a Chief Estimator and was promoted to the Vice <br /> President—Estimating. He also serves Hellas as Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining the <br /> Company, Mr. McDougal was a Co-Owner of Heathcott Construction, LLC. Between 1997 and <br /> 2002, he was a Corporate Senior Estimator with J.D. Abrams where he bid jobs ranging from S5 <br /> million to S90 million. Mr. McDougal also has project management and estimating experience <br /> with Dayco Construction Co. and Entact, Inc. He started his career with H. B. Zachry where he <br /> started as an estimator and worked up through the ranks to become the youngest Heavy/Highway <br /> Project Manager at that time within the company. Mr. McDougal has over 21 years of <br /> managerial and senior managerial experience in the estimating and project management of <br /> construction jobs. He is on the Professional Advisory and Development Board of Texas A&M <br /> and is on the Leadership Council of the AGC. Mr. McDougal holds a degree in Building <br /> Construction from Texas A&M. <br /> Mr. Frank Petrini-36 <br /> Chief Financial Officer <br /> Mr. Petrini recently joined Hellas as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Hellas, Mr. Petrini <br /> served as Chief Financial Officer of Greater Austin Development Company, where he led a <br /> restructure of the core business, and a reorganization of business objectives. As Chief Financial <br /> Officer of Greater Austin Development, Mr. Petrini built a strategic team that capitalized on <br /> systems based thinking, introducing a holistic approach to managing the organization. Mr. Petrini <br /> championed several initiatives that led to the stabilization of top-line, the growth of EBITDA and <br /> long-term sustainability. Before joining Greater Austin Development, Mr. Petrini served as the <br /> Austin Division Controller of Lennar Homes, a top three national homebuilder. As part of the <br /> executive management team of Lennar, Mr. Petrini participated in the largest growth year-over- <br /> year the Austin division of Lennar has experienced since its inception. Mr. Petrini has over 15 <br /> years of Accounting and Finance experience in all aspects of construction. Mr. Petrini holds a <br /> ® BBA in Accounting from Texas State University, and a Master in Business Administration from <br /> St. Edwards University. <br /> Hellas Construction Inc.
