Seaton, 51 <br /> President and Founder <br /> Mr. Seaton is the founder and President of Hellas Construction, Inc. and all related companies. In <br /> 1954, prior to starting Hellas, Mr. Seaton founded another specialty construction company, <br /> Southwest Recreational Industries, Inc., that provided sports surfaces and general contracting <br /> services. As President, Mr. Seaton grew that company from a local S 10 million company into a <br /> S170 million worldwide leader in artificial turf and natural grass sports fields, running tracks, <br /> indoor sports floors, and construction services. Mr. Seaton led the sale of SRI to a private equity <br /> group. Continuing as President of SRI, Mr. Seaton subsequently also became the CEO of the <br /> company that held SRI and two other sports related companies. Mr. Seaton has over 28 years of <br /> senior management experience in the artificial turf, running track, and sports construction <br /> business. His companies have installed over 3,000 sports surfaces in over 50 countries. He has <br /> extensive experience in the tufting and knitting of synthetic turf, as well as the manufacture of the <br /> key yarn. polyurethane, and coating sports materials. A seasoned veteran, Mr. Seaton has <br /> extensive experience in all facets of the business, including mergers and acquisition, having <br /> acquired over 15 companies. He has also been recognized as an entrepreneur and, in 1996, he <br /> was named Austin, Texas Entrepreneur of the Year. Mr. Seaton has numerous professional <br /> affiliations and attended University of Kansas and Wichita State University. <br /> Mr. Robert G. Allison, 59 <br /> Vice President— Track Division and Co-Owner <br /> Shortly after the formation of Hellas, Mr. Seaton brought in Mr. Allison as his partner and as the <br /> other principal shareholder of the Company. Currently Mr. Allison is serving as Vice President— <br /> Track. He has also been responsible for Hellas construction and operations. Prior to joining <br /> Hellas. Mr. Allison was an Executive Vice President and Co-Owner of Southwest Recreational <br /> Industries where he was responsible for the Design, Engineering and Operations Departments, as <br /> well as in-house architecture. Mr. Allison has been responsible for sports projects in all 50 states <br /> and in 49 countries. Notable U.S. projects include Veterans Stadium, the Meadowlands and the <br /> hockey fields for the 1996 Olympics. Notable international projects include the Osaka Dome <br /> Magic Carpet, world-renowned FM fields in Kiang, Malaysia and Jakarta, Indonesia, and the <br /> Real Madrid soccer fields in Spain. Mr. Allison has over 33 years experience in the specialty <br /> contracting business, specializing in sports surfacing, artificial turf, polyurethane, and latex <br /> surfaces. Mr. Allison was a co-founder of Allison-West Striping in 1978 and a partner with Mr. <br /> Seaton in the startup of Southwest Recreational Industries, Inc. Like Mr. Seaton, Mr. Allison is a <br /> veteran of the industry with decades of senior management and entrepreneurial experience.
