ORGANIZATION,MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES <br /> S <br /> 1. Employees and Organizational Structure <br /> The Company was formed by Mr. Reed J. Seaton who has in excess of twenty-eight years of <br /> senior management experience in the artificial turf, running track, and sports construction <br /> business. Shortly after formation. Mr. Seaton brought in Mr. Robert Allison as his partner and as <br /> the other principal shareholder of the Company. Like Mr. Seaton, Mr. Allison has extensive <br /> senior management experience in the industry. Additionally, both have extensive experience as <br /> owners, not only of Hellas, but of previous companies as well.
