Company Mission
The Company's overall mission is to satisfy the market segment it serves with integrity,
quality construction, and on-time delivery. Hellas intends to maintain a steady growth in
sales volumes by becoming the recommended company of choice by ensuring on-time
delivery of all projects. Equally important is that each project will be managed with great
care and to the highest standards of the industry.
Company Overview
Hellas Construction, Inc. was formed in 2003 and began operations in 2004. The
Company markets and installs artificial turf fields, running tracks, and tennis courts
nationwide. Hellas currently has offices located in each region of the United States that
includes the West, Mountain, Central and South East regions with our headquarters being
located in Austin, Texas.
The Company was formed by Mr. Reed J. Seaton who has in excess of twenty-five years
senior management experience in the artificial turf, running track and sports construction
business. Shortly after formation, Mr. Seaton brought in Mr. Robert Allison as his
partner and as the other principal shareholder of the Company. Like Mr. Seaton, Mr.
Allison has extensive senior management experience in the industry. Additionally, both
have extensive experience as owners, not only of Hellas, but of previous companies as
well. Mr. Seaton and Allison have surrounded themselves with experienced turf; track
and construction professionals at all levels in the company, from the hourly
crewmembers to the senior management team.
Unlike most of its competitors, Hellas offers its customers "one-stop shopping' by
providing complete project services including the sports products, the installation of these
products, and the construction services associated with the project. The significant
competitors in the industry are primarily sales and marketing companies that rely on
either general contractors or subcontractors to prepare the sites, and in some situations,
these competitors will even subcontract the actual installation of the synthetic surfaces.
Hellas believes this capability is a competitive advantage as it has found that many
owners prefer to have one party responsible for delivery of the entire playing field or
track.
Hellas Construction Inc. 1 - 1
Hellas Construction, Inc.
