® Also during this process, a detailed review of the plans and specifications will take place and <br /> any discrepancies will be noted and asked in an RFI form, if required. Once all these costs are <br /> compiled, the Chief Estimator, Senior Project Manager and President will review and determine <br /> final price. This will be a fixed price. <br /> G.The approach to site security and project safety on projects of similar magnitude <br /> First, be advised that Hellas Construction, Inc. puts safety first. We have notification labels that <br /> are placed on all company vehicles that reinforce this commitment. We have periodic safety <br /> reviews both at headquarters and on site. ID badges are required along with crew uniforms, <br /> hard hats, proper footwear and safety vests. Hellas has put together (and can submit in its <br /> entirety) an extensive Safety Manual, which is maintained on all job sites. The Manual dictates <br /> policies and procedures and contains safety forms and reports necessary for Foreman to fill out <br /> daily or weekly. The company has safety meetings prior to starting the work and all employees <br /> are required to attend. Upon joining the Hellas' team, it is required to study the Safety Manual <br /> and acknowledge understanding and willingness to comply. All of our Site Superintendents <br /> have 30 hours of OSHA training certification. Hellas will install project signs around construction <br /> site stating it has been closed due to construction. Hellas will barricade any pedestrian traffic <br /> from-entering the site:-Onsite safety-meetings-are held-weekly-by-the site superintendent—All <br /> equipment and construction trailers will be locked, along with construction entrances at the <br /> end of each work day to ensure site is secure. The VP/Senior Project Manager will visit the site <br /> at a minimum of once monthly to review safety. Hellas will adhere to the OSHA Safety policies <br /> ® at all times. <br /> H. Any other information that will assist the selection committee in evaluating the <br /> firm's/team's approach to project management <br /> Hellas Construction, Inc. provides its customers with exceptional project services that make <br /> Hellas a top performer amongst competitors.
