Provide project Insurance, Supervision and Mobilization. <br /> 2. Provide construction surveying, layout and staking. <br /> 3. Provide performance and payment bonds. <br /> 4. Provide all required construction permits. <br /> 5. Provide, prior to construction, 6 sets of construction drawings. <br /> 6. Provide our standard SWPPP prior to construction commencing. <br /> 7. Provide erosion control measures as required by SWPPP. <br /> ® 8. Provide an updated monthly schedule. <br /> 9. Provide a trench safety plan as required. <br /> 10. Conduct a monthly construction site meeting. <br /> 11. Provide final punch-out and clean-up of the completed project. <br /> BASE PROPOSAL - Senator Gwen Margolis Park <br /> Hellas will: <br /> 1. Establish site staging area. <br /> 2. Provide construction site access. <br /> 3. Remove and replace existing chain link fence as necessary for construction <br /> access. <br /> 4. Excavate to required subgrade elevation, haul off and properly dispose of all <br /> excavated materials. <br /> 5. Proof roll subgrade to check for soft spots, grade and compact to proper planarity <br /> and density. <br /> 6. Construct approximately 943 lineal feet of 6" x 12" continuously reinforced <br /> concrete curb at the perimeter of the synthetic turf area, inside the existing chain <br /> link fence. <br /> 7. Provide and install 2" x 4° pressure treated wood nailer at new perimeter curb. <br /> 8.
