® As defined in section 5.3, Medallion will utilize a project team consisting of a project <br /> manager, project coordinator and base and drain construction and turf installation <br /> crews, each with a crew superintendent. See this section for a description of the <br /> roles and responsibilities of each member of the project team. <br /> Medallion utilizes various project scheduling / project management software tools and <br /> techniques to 1. develop in depth milestone based project plans working backward <br /> from desired completion dates, 2. schedule material, labor and equipment in line with <br /> the project schedule, and 3. track progress daily against the schedule and make <br /> adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines and deadlines are met. Schedules are <br /> built based of years of experience and understanding of how long it takes to perform <br /> the various tasks. Medallion has the ability flex its resources as required to ensure <br /> timelines and deadlines are met. <br /> The initial project schedule for completing the excavation, base and drain and turf <br /> install for the two City of Isles fields is shown below.
