The turf surface shall be green and permanently marked/lined for soccer play. 3.3.3 SCHEDULE FOR WORK Both parks will be available without limitation to the Bidder from June 17, 2013 through August 16, 2013, however, once construction commences shall,proceed uninterrupted until completed. 3.4 WORK INCIDENTAL TO THE CONTRACT The price proposal submitted must, without limitation, include all labor and materials to furnish and install, complete in place, artificial turf surfaces, underlayment, padding, base materials, drainage, curbing, infill or topping materials at the listed facilities including preparing plans or related documentation required for permit submittals to all regulatory and jurisdictional agencies. The cost of the work shall include any and all permits, fees, Maintenance of Traffic, tools and equipment required for the work. Any and all materials that are affected by the work and are not designated to remain shall be offered to the City for salvage with the first right of refusal. Any items or materials that are not wanted by the City become the contractor's property and shall be removed from the sites and properly disposed of at the contractor's sole expense and obligation. 3.5 POST PROJECT SUBMITTALS At the completion of the work, the contractor must furnish the City with one hardcopy of the ten (10) year warranty, product data sheets, including manufacturer contact information, permits, a complete list of any and all subcontractors or vendors and their release of liens.
