Examination of Site Affirmation <br /> Each offer shall be accompanied by an affidavit prepared by the vendor affirming that <br /> the vendor has visited the site, examined the bid documents and is not guilty of collusion <br /> or fraud in the preparation of the offer. If multiple sites are included in this solicitation, <br /> the vendor shall supply an affidavit for each site. If the affidavit is not included in the <br /> offer the offer may be considered non-responsive. Vendors who have provided, or who <br /> currently are providing, services at the site of the proposed work are not exempted from <br /> the requirements of this section. <br /> 8.
