PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/ INVOCATION <br /> Action: Lynn Dannheisser led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and Rabbi Baron gave the <br /> invocation. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 3A. Special City Commission Meeting— 1st Budget Hearing September 19, 2017. <br /> 3B. Regular City Commission Meeting— September 21, 2017. <br /> 3C. Special City Commission Meeting—2nd Budget Hearing September 27, 2017. <br /> Action: Vice Mayor Goldman moved and Commissioner Gatto seconded a motion to <br /> approve the above mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice <br /> vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions/Deletions/Amendments) <br /> 4A. Add-on Items: <br />• <br /> Resolutions: <br /> 100. Recognizing Government Week. <br /> Action: Commissioner moved and Commissioner Svechin seconded a motion to approve <br /> the changes to the agenda.
