Exhibit"F"identifies allowances for proposed <br /> additional services. <br /> ® 2.3 Reimbursable expense as defined in Article 8 hereinafter, not exceeding the limits of <br /> Section 112.061 of the Florida Statutes. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> ARCHITECT'S BASIC SERVICES <br /> 3.1 THE ARCHITECT AGREES TO PROVIDE BASIC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> FOR THE PROJECT AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH. <br /> 3.2 SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE <br /> (1) The Architect shall prepare, from the approved Programming Phase Documents, <br /> the Schematic Design Studies to achieve a design solution acceptable to the Owner. <br /> The Design Studies shall consist of sketches, concepts, organization,orientation, <br /> relationship to existing and future facilities, energy conservation approaches and <br /> equipment parameters necessary to clearly define the general scope and direction <br /> of the Project. <br /> (2) The Architect shall provide the Schematic Design Studies to the Contractor and <br /> provide to the Owner a review and comments of the Contractor's estimates. <br /> (3) The Architect shall provide and distribute 10 hard (paper) copies and one (1) <br /> ® electronic copy of the Schematic Design Studies Documents for review and <br /> comment as directed by the Project Director. <br /> ® CI415- PERKINS&WILL ARCHITECTS INC. <br /> Perkins+Will Qualifications for Architectural--Interior Design Services 131 <br />
