Public meetings to determine the building purposes Site Plan Approval <br /> were part of Song+Associates'scope and a charette meeting with the citizens of the City of Port Programming <br /> St. Lucie was held to determine building programs. Based on public input and a needs study, Construction Administration <br /> I amenities include: a 14,000 sf banquet hall with commercial kitchen; 2,300 sf multi-purpose/ <br /> game room; 12,400 sf gymnasium with basketball court; 4,500 sf fitness center; 4 racquetball PROJECT SIZE: <br /> courts; 6,000 sf conference rooms;gallery; pre-school room;and an indoor cafe. The new Civic 100,000 GSE <br /> I Center is located lakeside and an outdoor patio with a seating area and gazebo overlooks the <br /> lake.
