the best of City Engineer's knowledge, information and belief the Work defined herein has <br />been fully completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. <br />Final Completion shall be evidenced by the City's issuance of a Final Certificate for Payment. <br />Insurance Requirements means the requirements described in this Agreement and the Contract <br />Documents. <br />Notice To Proceed means a written letter or directive issued by the City Manager or his designee <br />directing that the Contractor may begin Work on the. Project or a specific task of the Project. <br />Project Manager means an employee or representative of the City assigned to manage and monitor <br />the Work to be performed under this Agreement and the construction of the Project. <br />Project means the design and construction and incidentals thereto, *of the project entitled <br />Contract No. 6178-1617-081 "Regional Hybrid Skatepark/Pumptrack Initiative at Haulover <br />Park', as described in the Contract Documents. <br />Project Site means the area for the proposed Project in Haulover Park, located at 10800 Collins <br />Avenue. <br />Punch List means a compilation of items of Construction Work required to be performed by, or <br />through the Contractor after the Substantial Completion inspection and prior to Final Completion <br />and payment. <br />Request For Information (RFI) means a request from the Contractor seeking an interpretation <br />or clarification by the City relative to the Agreement and/or the Contract Documents. The RFI, <br />which shall be clearly marked RFI, shall clearly and concisely set forth the issue(s) or item(s) <br />requiring clarification or interpretation and why the response is needed. The RFI must set forth the <br />Contractor's interpretation or understanding of the document(s) in question, along with the <br />reason for such understanding. <br />Specifications and Plans as used herein means that portion of the Contract Documents which <br />are the written requirements for the materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for <br />completion of the Work and performance of related services for this Project. <br />Sub -Contractors) means a person or entity other than a materialman or laborer that has a <br />direct contract with the Contractor to perform or supply any portion of the Work in connection <br />with this Project. <br />Substantial Completion means that point at which the Work is at a level of completion in <br />substantial compliance with the Agreement such that the City can use, occupy and/or operate the <br />Project in all respects to its intended purpose. Substantial Completion shall be evidenced by the <br />City's execution of a Certificate of Substantial Completion. <br />Work as used herein refers to all services required by the Contract Documents, including all <br />labor, materials, equipment, supervision and services consisting of all labor, materials, <br />equipment, tools, manpower, management, supervision, and all other necessary goods and <br />030-6178-AMERICAN RAMP COMPANY 3 <br />
