Item 5) <br /> Iron Sky is proposing the following Project Schedule: <br /> Weeks 1-3 <br /> - Project kick off meeting <br /> - Schedule resources <br /> - Visit planned rooftops, radio locations and pole locations to obtain any remaining information <br /> required for rooftop agreements and permitting <br /> - Identify alternate equipment locations at no additional cost to the City <br /> - Schedule permitting meetings with city, county and private property owners/ property managers <br /> - Complete documentation for permits and rooftop agreements <br /> Weeks 4 & 5 <br /> - Permitting and rooftop agreement meetings <br /> - Revise installation plans as necessary to achieve agreements and permits <br /> - Complete detailed design and Bill of Material (dependent upon progress of permits and rooftop <br /> agreements). <br /> (Note:Permitting and rooftop agreement progress is only partially controlled by Iron Sky. The time <br /> required to obtain all rooftop agreements and permits could be more or less than the time allocated in <br /> this timeline. The remainder of the timeline will be dependent upon achieving the necessary agreements <br /> and permits required to proceed.
