<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposals No. 18-03-01 20 <br /> <br /> <br />3.5 PERSONNEL REPLACEMENT <br /> <br />The City shall have the final approval as to which attendant may be assigned to City <br />facilities. The City reserves the right to request to remove and replace any attendant who, <br />in the City’s sole discretion, does not meet the City’s professionalism requirements, is not <br />in compliance with the requirements of this Solicitation, and/or appears incapable of <br />performing assigned duties. <br /> <br />Any attendant that the City requests to be removed shall be replaced within 48 hours <br />during the term of the Contract. Attendants reporting to work under the influence of <br />alcohol or any illegal substance or out of uniform will not be allowed to stay on duty. The <br />awarded contractor will be responsible for the immediate replacement of the attendant <br />and shall staff the post until the next scheduled attendant arrives for duty. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br />
