The <br /> Architectshall not deviate from these key personnel without first obtaining the written consent of <br /> the Owner, which shall not be unreasonably delayed, conditioned, or withheld. If key personnel <br /> leave the Architect's firm, the replacements shall be submitted'to the Owner within a reasonable <br /> time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any replacement personnel. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> THE OWNER AGREES TO PAY THE ARCHITECT AS COMPENSATION FOR HIS <br /> SERVICES: <br /> 2.1 Gateway Park Build-Out. For the Basic Services prescribed in Article 3 hereinafter, the <br /> City agrees to pay Architect the amount not to exceed Three Hundred Seventy Thousand <br /> Three Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($370,313.00) for the internal space build-out at Gateway <br /> Park, as described in Attachment "A". <br /> 2.2 Government Center.
