For design services for the Projects, the City agrees to pay a total <br /> contract price of Four Hundred Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Three Dollars <br /> ($412,963.00) unless the parties agree to modify the total price in writing. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> ARCHITECT'S BASIC SERVICES <br /> 3.1 THE ARCHITECT AGREES TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING BASIC <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE PROJECTS AS MORE PARTICULARLY <br /> SET FORTH IN ATTACHMENTS "A" AND "B". <br /> 3.2 PHASE 1: FEASIBILITY STUDY/PROGRAM VERIFICATION <br /> (1) The Architect shall provide a Feasibility Study/Programming and Site Verification <br /> to evaluate and confirm existing conditions of Projects site are in general <br /> conformance and suitability for Projects. <br /> (2) The Architect will execute a substantial review of building codes, zoning, & <br /> engineering regulation in order to ensure that the.Projects meet applicable building <br /> codes. <br /> (3) The Architect shall provide Owner with preliminary space plans,Permit Sets signed <br /> and sealed by Architect's sub-consultant, specifications, drawings, and other <br /> documents. <br /> 3.3 PHASE 2: SCHEMATIC DESIGN <br /> (1) The Architect shall prepare, from the approved Feasibility Study/Program <br /> Verification, the Schematic Design Studies to achieve a design solution acceptable <br /> to the Owner.
