Perkins+Will will <br /> collaborate with the City to define the project schedule and most convenient timeframe for installation as to avoid <br /> disruption to the users. <br /> FEES AND EXPENSES <br /> The proposed fees by phase include: <br /> Architecture and Interior Design by Phase Fee <br /> Programming and Site Verification /Planning/ BIM model $2,000 <br /> Concept/Schematic Design $7,000 <br /> Design Development $7,000 <br /> Construction Documents $7,000 <br /> Bidding and Permitting $2,000 <br /> Construction Administration $7,200 <br /> Interior Architecture and Design Subtotal $32,200 <br /> Engineering and Consultants (See attached proposal for reference) Fee <br /> Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and <br /> Telecommunications Engineering - $9,500 <br /> P+W Consultant Coordination Fee (10%) $ 950 <br /> (Refer to BR+A & ESI proposal attached for reference) <br /> Engineering Consultants Subtotal $10,450 <br /> Total Professional design services fee $42,650 <br /> STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> The Client shall compensate Perkins+ Will for professional services rendered in connection with this specific project for <br /> the stipulated lump sum. Perkins+Will retains the right to professionally photograph the project. <br /> Please refer to the attached Standard Terms and Conditions Form and Hourly Rates. <br /> INFORMATION FROM CLIENT <br /> The scope of services requires all core and shell building and program information be provided in order to start the <br /> project; this information includes a client-approved program along with Architectural and Engineering REVIT/AS- <br /> built files of the building. If any specific desires or standards exist beyond the basic building codes enforced by <br /> the Authorities Having Jurisdiction, those will also need to be provided as well by the client. <br /> Page 17 <br />
