Coordinated with the <br />USACE, SFWMD, and DERM to secure permits for a new bulkhead, which required Miami-Dade County BCC <br />approval, in association with an upland development, where seagrass and mangroves are present. <br />Conducted a UMAM assessment and designed a mangrove mitigation plan to offset impacts to mangroves <br />that included a mangrove planter.
