The marina consists of <br />concrete slabs, piles and caps, which had deteriorated. Cummins Cederberg was retained t o <br />conduct an above and below water structural inspection of the existing dock components to <br />ensure the dock could withstand the large loading associated with the yachts. <br /> <br />Based on the inspection findings, Cummins Cederberg performed engineering design of <br />recommended repairs, and processed the proposed marine works through the environmental <br />regulatory agencies (DERM, FDEP, and USACE). In addition, Cummins Cederberg assisted <br />with the bid solicitation process, marine contractor selection and construction admi nistration. <br />Mr. Cederberg and Mr. Cummins were both involved in all components of the project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
