(Cummins Cederberg) is pleased to submit qualifications <br />for engineering services as requested in the above referenced RFP, for your review and <br />consideration. Cummins Cederberg is excited for the opportunity to present our firm with the <br />ambition of developing a long-term relationship as a trusted advisor. <br /> <br />We have reviewed and understand the scope of work to be performed, which is within our core <br />services. As a dynamic and flexible organization, used to working on high profile paced projects, <br />we are available to meet required schedules. If selected, Cummins Cederberg is willing to meet <br />any location, budget, or task order. The firm does not hold any active contracts for similar services <br />with public government entities, along the coast within 4 miles north, or 4 miles south of the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach (City). <br /> <br />Cummins Cederberg <br />Cummins Cederberg is a professional engineering firm uniquely specialized in the coastal and <br />marine environment. All of the firm’s work occurs within this discipline from the main office in <br />Miami-Dade County (County) and the support office in Palm Beach County. We are a certified <br />Community Business Enterprise (CBE) as part of the Miami Dade County small business program. <br /> <br />The firm includes a mixed staff of engineers and marine scientists ensuring we can lead and <br />perform all aspects of coastal and marine projects. We are fully geared to conduct environmental <br />and engineering field investigations requiring boats, GPS, hydrographic surveying equipment, <br />SCUBA equipment, tide and current measurements. We also routinely use advanced engineering <br />software, to conduct numerical modeling, including CAD, ARCGIS, RAM Structural Analyses, <br />and MIKE21 coastal modeling.
