<br />inter-coastal waterway. The project was publicly bid as a design-build and funded by the City of Miami Beach. It required
<br />coordination with various agencies including the City of Miami Beach, the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, the
<br />Miami-Dade Public Works Department, the Miami-Dade Regulatory and Economic Resources Department and others. Cost

<br />approximately $18M Design-Build Project located in Miami Beach, Florida. The project limits stretch from Dade Boulevard north
<br />to West 34 Street and from Meridian Avenue east to the Indian Creek waterway. The project includes the reconstruction and
<br />elevation of roadways within the project area, driveway and swale harmonization, a new stormwater collection, conveyance,
<br />treatment, and pump station system, new transmission and distribution watermains, a new multi-use bike/pedestrian path,
<br />improved street lighting, improved roadway signage and pavement markings, and appropriate landscape mitigation. Cost: $18
<br />million; Fee: $1,150,280

<br />Project Manager and Engineer of Record. This was a Design Build project for the City of Miami Springs for a new aquatic
<br />facility. The project consisted of the demolition of the existing aquatic center facility and north parking lot as well as the
<br />construction of a new facility and parking lot in the north end of the site. The new facility includes a new Hybrid Pool and pool
<br />deck, an L-shaped building and a separate concessions building. The south leg of the building contains the locker rooms, rest
<br />rooms, pool equipment storage as well as the aquatic center administration offices. The west leg of the building contains a large
<br />multi-purpose room, reception hall, catering room, small restrooms and storage. Cost: $7 million; Fee: $37,412

<br />Project Manager Supervisor. As a subconsultant to Dover Kohl and Associates, Chen Moore and Associates (CMA) was tasked
<br />with preparing the parking component of the district-wide master plan for the City of Miami Beach. CMA and the master plan
<br />team met with residents, City officials, local business owners and other stakeholders to determine the state of the existing
<br />parking throughout the North Beach District. A week long charrette and several public meetings were also held to gauge the
<br />parking and transportation needs. CMA prepared the portion of the master plan which outlined existing parking locations and
<br />inventory, identified potential parking solutions and recommended both short-term and long-term remedies for the district, in
<br />concert with the overall master plan. Fee: $25,000
