<br />SRS was tasked with taking a Pembroke Pines Golf Course and creating a Master Plan for a Residential Developer, including the address list for
<br />500 homes as well as the Clubhouse. SRS started development of the site by designing elements of the commercial phase of the project which
<br />included the Finger Lickin’ Restaurant. The Firm also allocated the lots within each different phase.

<br />One of the larger parks in Weston, the Tequesta Trace Park features more than 42-acres of athletic fields for friendly competition
<br />and the best sports the city has to offer. Four baseball/ softball diamonds, two soccer fields and one roller hockey rink are spread
<br />out over the park. Another football/soccer field is enclosed by a running track and stadium seating for major sporting events. All
<br />fields are lighted, with two concession stands offering snacks and ADA restroom facilities. A covered playground is also available
<br />for youngsters and the park is dog friendly.

<br />football/soccer fields are the primary amenity at the City Park and are complemented by a playground, Picnic pavilions, restrooms,
<br />concessions, meeting room and scoring tower.
