BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Due to the expansion for the Fort Lauderdale Airport, Nautical Ventures needed to relocate to a more appropriate site within the City of Dania <br />Beach, with easy access to the intercostal and the ocean. SRS designed the tilt-wall structure to seamlessly fit with the existing nautical theme of <br />the new property and storage facility. Located off the C-10 Canal, customers can immediately assess the worthiness of their watercraft on site, <br />using the new 450 linear foot dock, coupled with the expertise of Nautical Ventures Staff. The 12,500 SF facility has 10,750 SF dedicated to <br />showroom space and a 1,750 SF mezzanine floor for offices and administration. The site is further supported by a 15,000 SF newly renovated steel <br />watercraft storage facility, adjacent to the showroom and office building.
