Village of EsteroSunny Isles Beach RFQ 18-02-01 | Marine and Coastal Professional Engineering Consulting Services <br />USACE Beach Erosion Control & Hurricane Protection The project consisted of the renourishment of approximately 2.4-miles of shoreline of the Sunny Isles Beach located in Dade County. Two critically eroded areas of shoreline were renourished with approximately 140,000 cubic yards of beach-quality sand. Completed in 2018.GFA provided pre and post-construction structural survey services, which consisted of performing visual inspections and video documentations of nearby building exteriors, exterior stucco, glazing, walkways/breezeways, and general structural conditions. GFA developed a vibration control plan, monitored ground vibrations with remote seismograph systems, provided a vibration control specialist and vibration technicians, and submitted biweekly reports to the QC Manager.
