Village of EsteroSunny Isles Beach RFQ 18-02-01 | Marine and Coastal Professional Engineering Consulting Services <br />• Preparing the environmental documents, analyses, and other environmental submittal information for inclusion in the application submittal packages• Coordinate with engineering and other team members to obtain all other required submittal documents and plans for inclusion in the submittal packages, completing applications forms, obtaining signatures and checks, and submitting application packages to the agencies• Coordinate and attend meetings, post submittal, each with each of the permitting and commenting agency• Immediately responding to any request for additional informationOptimal sequencing for environmental monitoring includes:• Complete of the Time Zero Monitoring report and submittal to the jurisdictional agencies and City• Upon acceptance of the Time Zero report begin the quarterly/annual monitoring and reporting• Throughout the monitoring period (typically five years) report the observations to the City so any problems or issues can immediately be addressed• Upon completion of the monitoring period and submittal of the final monitoring report, coordinate <br />with the jurisdictional agencies to gain sign-off of the final condition and closeout of monitoring requirements and release of any financial assurance mechanism if applicableSuccessful project implementation requires diligent oversight, documentation and follow-up; as well as ongoing clear, concise communication with the City and other project partners. CGA’s staff is experienced and highly skilled in the services required of by this RFQ and has adequate availability in their existing workload to undertake the City’s scope of work and maintain the high standards of deliverables the City and CGA are accustomed to.All of our projects adhere to a strict project management system, wherein we weekly ensure that milestones are met and risk management is averted, by addressing the anticipated staffing needs of each project and matching those needs with the most capable resources.
