Village of EsteroSunny Isles Beach RFQ 18-02-01 | Marine and Coastal Professional Engineering Consulting Services
For the Town of Surfside, Chris provided oversight on the Town's Seawall Replacement Project, which was carried out in two separate phases at ten separate locations, replacing over 900 linear feet of concrete pile & panel seawalls that had degraded over a 50-year service life. In order to assist the Town, CGA procured two separate grants valued at $840,000 through F.I.N.D. to fund 50% of the construction of the walls, substantially reducing the financial impacts to the Town.In Sunny Isles Beach, FL, Chris provided oversight for the City's Emergency Seawall Replacement Project that had resulted from a structural failure at the newly constructed Intracoastal Park. CGA staff were able to obtain expedited permits from DERM, FDEP & USACE and mobilize contractors to stabilize the shoreline and protect the City’s property. In total, the project replaced nearly 700 linear feet of seawall at a compressed schedule to the great satisfaction of City staff.A description of all key staff to per-form work under this project is pro-vided in Section E of the SF330 form, included at the end of this section.
FINANCIAL STABILITY CGA is a financially stable company with the resources to ensure continued operations throughout the duration of the contract.
