Ms. Lee has 20 years of professional experience and directs CGA’s Environmental Department coor-dinating our regulatory permitting, environmental planning, site assessment, benthic permitting, wildlife and natural habitat assessments, wetland compliance monitoring, resource management and environmental technical support services. Before joining CGA, Ms. Lee was a Biologist with the Growth Management Division of Monroe County. Prior to relocating to Fort Lauderdale, Ms. Lee was a resident of the Florida Keys for 10 years where she became very familiar with the environmental sen-sitivities of coastal projects. Over the years, Ms. Lee has formed invaluable relationships with the regulatory agency reviewers across the state.
ABILITY TO MEET BUDGET & SCHEDULE All of our client references listed in this RFQ are repeat and long term clients of our firm. We encourage you to reach out to each of them to confirm our commitment to our municipal partners in each of the marine projects we are selected to provide services for. Marine projects are very unique in nature and must be handled accordingly. Chris’ experience as a marine contractor has allowed him the experience of how costly project delays can be when equipment is delayed or caused to sit idle. He will bring the same project management skills and drive that he displayed as a contractor to the marine engineering services for the City. We will utilize Gantt Chart scheduling to monitor resource load, baseline schedules, float and potential slippage. These updated Gantt Charts can be provided at each status/update meeting so that the City's Project Manager is always up to speed on project status and next steps. We feel that the first step in a successful project is to create a team with the City and gain trust via complete communication. This level of communication can be maintained throughout the entire project.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS A copy of the CGA project team's professional and busi-ness licensure, including FDOT certifications are in-cluded at the end of this section.
39
