BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />As Prime Contractor, EE&G Environmental Services, LLC (EE&G) has completed the <br />following environmental due diligence reports for the above referenced Property: <br /> Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) <br /> Phase II ESA <br /> Expanded Phase II ESA <br /> Tank Closure Assessment Report (TCAR) <br /> Site Assessment Report (SAR) <br />The Reports were prepared for Mana Wynwood (the Client). The Phase I ESAs were <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements set forth in the American Society of Testing <br />and Materials (ASTM) Practice Designation E 1527-13. The Phase II ESAs were prepared <br />in general accordance with ASTM 1903-11. The information and conclusions presented in <br />the Reports were subject to inherent limitations identified in the ASTM E 1527-13 and ASTM <br />E1903-11 guidelines. The two regulatory reports, TCAR and SAR, were prepared in <br />accordance with Chapter 62-761, Florida Administrative Code (FAC) and Chapter 62-780, <br />FAC, respectively. EE&G has developed a remedial strategy to removal another set of USTs <br />that are currently obstructed by a utility corridor, and address petroleum-affected <br />groundwater using in-situ chemical attenuation. The remedial activities will facilitate the site <br />preparation and eventual construction of a mid-rise retail shopping plaza and condominium <br />in the Wynwood Arts District of Miami, Florida. <br /> <br /> RELEVANT FEATURES <br /> EE&G conducted separate <br />Phase I and Phase II ESAs <br />concurrently to assist in <br />evaluating potential <br />environmental concerns within <br />an expedited due diligence <br />timeframe. <br /> A set of USTs were found and <br />EE&G was able to quickly <br />permit and remove the tanks to <br />keep the project on-track. <br /> Through the use of in-house <br />resources and the minimization <br />of subcontract services, we <br />were able to maintain strict <br />quality control and deliver <br />responsive, cost-effective <br />consulting services <br />25.
