She is responsible for the management of personnel, hardware, software, and resources that provide GIS services, 3D laser scanning, small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS/drone), and BIM/3D modeling to all of our divisions and clients. She advises the groups Remote Sensing and Spectral Analysis Applications, including geoprocessing, archival in spatial databases and the creation of maps and visualizations. Ms. Belden is primary architect of our secure web‐based GIS intranet service that allows our employees to readily access project data via the web. Sub-consultant Team The following presents a summary of the sub‐consultants the team will utilize on this RFQ to provide the City with specialty services in geotechnical services, architectural services, structural engineering, and civil engineer services for coastal engineering. HP Consultants, Inc. Geotechnical Services HP Consultants, Inc. has been serving public and private sector clients since 2002. They have provided a full range of geotechnical services to local municipalities including the City of Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, FDOT, Miami‐Dade County, and the Village of Palmetto Bay. HP Consultants, Inc. is a certified micro and woman owned business. Currie Sowards Aguila Architects, Inc. Architectural Services Currie Sowards Aguila Architects, Inc. brings years of municipal architecture experience to the project team. They have previously worked for municipalities throughout Miami‐Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties to design municipal projects including waterfront parks, fire stations, and municipal buildings.
