Why Seco Security? We are a local private security company, a sub -division of SECO GROUPE, INC., which is the leader in the hospitality industry providing effective workforce such as housekeepers, kitchen cleaners, housemen, porters, lifeguards, drivers, concierge and public areas attendants. Seco Security will appoint a qualified Pier Park Lot Attendant on behalf of the City of Sunny Isles Beach by advertising the eligibility and qualifications of the personnel required as part of the recuitment process. Only those with verifiable experience will be considered for an interview. Seco Security will not limit to the assignment of the the Pier Park Lot Attendant to the site, but it will put in place a supervision and training plan throughout the life of the contract to ensure compliance, readiness and effectiveness of service. Only this will make the difference between good and excellent service. Seco Security will not place a uniformed security guard as the Pier Park Lot Attendant to the site. We understand the needs and requirements for this job. However, safety and security will be part of the training for the Attendant(s) to raise the level of awareness and to provide first-class customer service backed up with awareness for the best interest of the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
