Seco Security Services' training programs are conducted with consistency, <br />repetition and continual reinforcement through formal classroom and on-the-job <br />training. <br />The Basic Security Officer Training Series, a complete 12 -part active -learning <br />system, includes interactive, up-to-date lessons on safety and security methods, <br />emergency preparedness, effective communications, report writing, ethical <br />conduct, and additional critical topics. <br />Seco Security Services' formal classroom training program begins with a <br />comprehensive new hire training and <br />familiarization. All newly hired employees <br />are required to attend at least 8 hours of <br />classroom training. This training is the first <br />in a series that will provide valuable <br />information and tools that allow our <br />employees to consistently deliver a <br />professional service. <br />In addition to any state and federally mandated training, Seco Security Services <br />offers its employees enhanced training in ancillary areas such as Customer Service, <br />Problem Resolution, Terrorism Awareness and Prevention, Workplace Violence and <br />Diversity. <br />Our site-specific training is detailed and client specified; the extent of which <br />depends on the availability of material and information from each client. Prior to <br />any post assignment each employee is trained on the client's unique and specific <br />requirements, specifications and needs. <br />First -Class Customer Service Training is what we provide to our employees <br />regarding of their job assignments (i.e. uniformed security guard, plain cloth loss <br />prevention officer, front desk concierge, public attendant, etc.).
