Green <br /> 4301 Reflections Blvd. Unit 205 <br /> Sunrise, Florida 33351 <br /> Home phone (954)338-1630 <br /> Cell phone (954)951-3280 <br /> Objective:To become a part of a professional team and or organization where I can <br /> maximize my multilayer of interpersonal/professional skills, and experience. <br /> Experience: <br /> August 2015—Present <br /> Position: Private Asset Security/Personal Real Estate Property Management <br /> Experience and responsibilities: private real estate management/provision of private <br /> asset security. <br /> November of 1999-July 2015 <br /> Company Name: Broward Sheriff's Office <br /> 359 North state road 7 Plantation, Florida 33317 <br /> (954)797-5299 <br /> Position: Protective Investigator <br /> Experience and responsibilities: Dispatched to at risk individuals for professional <br /> investigations reported to the Sheriff's Office by outside sources involving allegations of <br /> physical abuse, sexual assault/abuse,deaths as a result of abuse/neglect, medical <br /> neglect, substance abuse, abandonment, and allegations of domestic violence. <br /> Extensive experience with investigations that included domestic battery and sexual <br /> assaults in which I worked directly with the special victims units of various law <br /> enforcement agencies as well as the Medial Examiners Office and the Office of the <br /> Attorney General. I was responsible for explaining the rights/responsibilities to <br /> perpetrators/victims, detailed interviews of victims/perpetrators/witnesses of offenses, <br /> evidence collection, and canvassing. Executing diligent search efforts including <br /> criminal/civil background checks via field work and local/national data base acquisition <br /> for locating all subjects of investigations were regularly completed. Determined what <br /> constituted legally admissible evidence including forensic evidence, case findings <br /> determined, made recommendations regarding renewal and suspension of licenses in <br /> cases that involved institutional settings. I intervened as an advocate for individuals in <br /> crisis and was responsible for immediate professional crisis intervention when <br /> warranted and determined the overall safety of individuals. Bringing cases to the <br /> attention of the court system, attending and testifying at depositions,trials, serving court <br /> notifications, development of and presentation of status reports to court authorities or <br /> other court functions as required were a part of my duties. Additionally I have <br /> experience in planning and development of safety plans/assessments and the <br /> implementation of current accurate case management as needed to address dangers <br /> that may be present in the home contributing to an unsafe environment. Safety <br /> assessments also conducted by executing actual physical inspections of <br /> residences/iinstitutions for dangerous and hazardous conditions of all types. Directly <br /> referred and linked individuals to community resources to assist in recovery from mental <br /> and physical complications, economic assistance, conditions of homelessness as well <br /> as alternative residential placements and assessed individuals for federal funding <br /> eligibility. I responded to and provided all required documents for filed court petitions <br /> and assisted with legal drafts in cases that required judicial intervention and/or other <br /> judicial involvement(s). Superior data base record keeping, weekly/monthly/annual <br /> reports concerning activities performed and secured maintenance of classified legal <br /> documents and files were completed on a continuous basis. Making regular contact with <br /> the general public and providing them with education on safety, prevention, awareness, <br /> information/referrals to outside community, social service(s) and related resources was <br /> also a daily responsibility of my position.
